I offer in-person counselling sessions in Ripon. Sessions last for 1 hour and are held in a private, confidential space a short walk from the city centre.

I also offer telephone and online counselling nationwide. Telephone and remote counselling are slightly different to the experience of seeing someone in person, but are well established and effective ways of having therapy. They can be helpful if you have issues with time or with getting to Ripon, or if you would simply prefer to work this way.

I work one to one with both men and women aged 18 and over.
